Shipping and delivery

each Bella Turban is handmade by me, with love and care. Most pieces are made to order, unless stated as ready to ship when a new collection drops. Every one is individually sewn and packaged by hand, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made before dispatch.

I use Royal Mail First Class Tracked for all deliveries. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days within the UK.

As a small, one–woman brand (and a mum of two), I carefully manage how many orders I take on at a time to keep quality and care at the heart of every piece.

If you do need your order by a specific date or for a special occasion, please reach out before ordering - I’ll always do my best to make it happen.
